Ensure IEMs and monitors are set

Run through songs with the band and dial in levels
Check lead vocal, instruments, and overall mix
As Last Song Ends — Meet and Greet
Mute band
Bring Spotify back up through mains
As Pastor Stands on Stage
Fade out Spotify
Ensure pastor mic is hot and levels are good
As Intro Video Ends
Bring up pastor mic for the message
Scripture Reading
Ensure reading mic is hot
As the scripture reading ends:
Return to pastor mic mix
Sermon
Monitor pastor mic levels throughout the message
If there are videos
Bring up video audio at an appropriate level
As the video ends:
Bring pastor mic back up
Offering and Communion
Verify communion music starts playing at an appropriate level
Closing Worship
Wait for the 10-second countdown, then bring band mix back up
Follow the band for the last song and Doxology
End of Service
As the band closes:
Mute band
Bring Spotify back up through mains
Between Services
Reset levels for second service
Confirm Spotify is playing for preservice

As the pastor prays:
Fire the sermon title slide (first slide)
As the pastor ends the prayer:
Wait ~5 seconds and fire the second sermon title slide (with the overlay and timer)
Work through the message with the pastor
If there are pictures
Fire the picture when called for

Leave the picture on screen for an appropriate amount of time

Return to an appropriate slide if the picture does not fit the theme (main point or important point)
