List of Tasks to get going in the morning

Need Passwords? If you need passwords for the Macs or iPads, text Zac.

Boot Up

Power on sound system using switch in middle of booth.

Turn on and log into Mac

Optional: Turn on and unlock iPad for use mixing or RTA or DB meter

Mute Atrium During Practice.

Stage

Set up any missing connections for the morning

Get out missing microphones or DIs

Patch I/O using iPad or soundboard

Put away mics/equipment that does not need to be on stage

Booth

Set channels for mono or stereo

9/10 Aux Percussion

13/14 Bass

15/16 AG

17/18 EG

19/20 Extra

21/22 Keys

Check channels in Dante Controller App and reboot channels with packet errors

Service Notes

Unmute Atrium Before Service.

JC will dismiss for seating RIGHT AFTER the passage reading ends.

Target volume for timer video is just below the -20db mark on the board.

Target volume for pad under the call to worship is exactly the -30db marker on the board.

Fade out the pad at 10-30 seconds into song… (whatever feels right).

Target volume for communion is the -30db marker on the board.

Reduce volume of vocals during singing of doxology, bring back right during the amen.

End of Service

Put book away in misc drawer under sound board.
