List of Tasks to get going in the morning

Boot Up
Power on cameras and video switcher using switch in middle of booth.
Turn on and log into Mac
Turn on and unlock iPad
Using the Streamdeck, turn on the TVs and verify the Confidence Monitor is turned on.
ProPresenter
Import playlist from Planning Center using the “+” on the top right-hand side of the library.
Add “002 - Welcome” to playlist
Using Planning Center, determine what key we need for the pad.
Add the correct pad key to the “PADS - Current” audio playlist. Drag the other pad back to the main “PADS” playlist folder.
Verify that slide 1 on 002 - Welcome will play the pad.
Check songs automatically linked and link missing songs
On the title slides of the first song, set the Message Timer to “Set Configuration”, and set to “Elapsed Time” — this will reset the message timer for Band Leader. Make sure no other songs reset the timer from prior weeks.
Add countdown video
Update Calendar in ProPresenter to start countdown 5 min before each service (hint: make sure the dates are right)
Verify the changes stuck and the correct video will play from the correct playlist.
Add announcement reels
Download any new announcement slides from Planning Center
Remove any old announcement slides
Download and import message ProPresenter files from Planning Center
Set all slides to have an audience look of “Blank”.
Duplicate the sermon title slide and add the prop for the speaking pastor to the second slide.
Add Message Timer to the second sermon title slide and set to “Elapsed Time”.
Review any pictures and either change the behavior or add a “Clear Media” function to the slide afterwards to ensure that images only appear when desired.
Run through all slides to check for any small typos or formatting issues.
Open and make sure the livestream is scheduled for the week on YouTube
Practice Songs with Band
Lights
Open Luminair App
Flip the Springtree Light controller to DMX ON
Use the Streamdeck to control lights and change lighting scenes.
Live Stream
Load the video controller from Mac
Restore the latest save file.
Using the switcher, zoom in and focus the wide shot to show the band (hint: make sure all band members are visible, and the TVs are not).
Using the video controller on the Mac, focus the tight shot on where the pastor will be standing (hint: using the ATEM software allows much finer control of focus compared to the switcher board).
